Laura will continue her season with Annapolis Shakespeare Company playing the role of Queen Elizabeth in their fast-paced suspenseful Richard III, directed by Donald Hicken. Annapolis Shakespeare returns to the beautiful gardens of the Charles Carroll House this summer from July 7th to the 23rd with a river-side production of The Tempest in which Laura will play Ariel. All the info on this delightful summer tradition can be found at the ASC website, HERE.

Laura has combined her love of theatre with her love of history and literature to create historic character portrayals that are sure to entertain and inform! For each of the fascinating women she impersonates, Laura has researched and written a one-woman show that can be tailored to fit the needs of your group or class.

Entities for whom Laura has performed in the past include The Daughters of the American Revolution, The Swan’s Island Educational Society, and The Jane Austen Society of North America.

The women whose stories Laura has chosen to tell range from very well known figures such as Charlotte Brontë to figures like First Lady Louisa Catherine Adams, whose extraordinary adventures are often overlooked by the history books!
